Nile Perch Fillet (1 kg) is mild-flavored and has a moist, medium-firm texture. The big fillets and meaty texture reminds you of Grouper or Sea Bass. Raw fillets will have a pinkish, flesh-toned tint to them, but will cook up snow white.

Nile perch is a freshwater fish. Fished in the waters of Lake Victoria, Perch, Nile Perch is known to boost heart health with its high content of Omega 3 fatty acids. Though mild-flavored, Nile Perch has a moist, medium-firm texture and is delivered to you skinless.

 

Direction for Use
Take package out of the freezer 6 to 7 hours before serving and leave it in a bowl in the refrigerator.
For a last-minute forced thaw, nick a corner of the package with a knife, and set the fish (package and all) in a bowl beneath cold running water.

Do not let the water sit / do not use hot water. Rotate the package occasionally during the thawing process
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
