The mussels are world-famous ShellFish. You might know them from a variety of major buffets! The mussels have a neutral taste and are perfectly suitable as a starter or as an amuse.
Direction for Use
To prepare, simply steam the mussels on half shell in about an inch of white wine with parsley, garlic, and butter, or in a tomato-based broth. You could even saute them over high heat in oil or butter if you prefer. Easy to do, 30 minutes of cooking time and 10 minutes of prepping time!
Do not refreeze once defrosted!
