Lobsters are a family of large marine crustaceans. Lobsters have long bodies with muscular tails and live in crevices or burrows on the seafloor. Lobster has a flavor that tastes like something unique, which is the reason lobster is more costly than other shellfish. While the taste is like crab, it isn’t the same. Lobster has a sweeter and lighter taste as compared to crab
