Hamour fillet is popularly used due to its firm texture and a mild flavored white meat. Especially popular in the Gulf region, in particular UAE, this extra lean fish is featured in most of their main courses.
Direction for Use
Take package out of the freezer 6 to 7 hours before serving and leave it in a bowl in the refrigerator.
For a last-minute forced thaw, nick a corner of the package with a knife, and set the fish (package and all) in a bowl beneath cold running water.
Do not let the water sit / do not use hot water. Rotate the package occasionally during the thawing process
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
